The dates for the 2015 Woods Music and Dance Camp are Thursday August 27, 2015 – Tuesday, September 1, 2015.
Online Registration Process
We are moving to an online registration process, which means you will be able to register for The Woods from anywhere that you have access to a computer and the internet. If you cannot access a computer or the internet, and you are worried about getting your registration in early, please arrange to have someone else register for you.
In order to register, you will be asked a series of questions about the use of your contact information, your food/dietary needs, ride sharing, scholarship requests, room preferences, and who you would like to room with if you are registering for a double or triple. The registration must be completed in one sitting. You will not be able to save your work and return to your registration later, so please be prepared to answer all the questions and have your payment information ready.
In order to register, you will need to pay a $175 deposit. You may pay this deposit using your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay with a credit card using the PayPal website. If you prefer to mail a cheque, you will have that option as well, but your registration will not be considered complete until the cheque is received.
You will have the option to pay the registration deposit for another person (for instance if a couple would like to pay for two registrations at once), but you will still need to fill in the registration form for each individual person separately. When you pay for a second person, you will fill in the name of the person you are paying for. When the second person registers, they will be asked who is paying for their registration. These two names must match up or we will not be able to accept the registrations.
Your registration must be paid in full by July 28, 2015. If we have not received your full payment by that date, we will offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. No refund on cancellations after August 4, 2015.
If you are registering for a double or triple room, you will be asked who you would like to share a room with. If you leave this blank, we will match you up with roommates. If you fill in names, it is your responsibility to ensure that the others you would like to room with fill in the same names on their registration. Your registration will not be complete until all of the people sharing a room have registered. Any discrepancy in the list of names sharing a room may cause delays in your registration process. We will not be able hold a room for you that is only partially filled.
