Welcome to the online registration system for The Woods Music and Dance Camp. In order to complete your registration, you will need to fill in this form and submit a $175 deposit to reserve your space. Once you begin the registration process, you will not be able to save your work and return. You must complete this form in one sitting.

Your deposit will be processed by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay with your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can set up an account very easily. You can also pay with a credit card through PayPal without having to create an account. Please have your credit card number ready in order to complete your payment. After you submit your payment, you will receive a receipt from PayPal.

If you do not wish to pay online, you have the option of paying by cheque. However, your registration will not be considered complete until we receive your cheque in the mail. Mailing information will be available at the end of this form.

If you have particular people you would like to share a room with, you and your roommates must ALL fill out registration forms and submit deposit payments before your registration is considered complete. Please coordinate with your intended roommates to ensure your registration is not delayed.

We will circulate a list of who is willing to provide rides and and who is in need of a ride. It will be your responsibility to make your own arrangements.

Scholarships and Financial Arrangements
The Woods has a scholarship fund in order to help offset the cost of attending for those who need it. Scholarships have been made possible by various individuals and campers like you. Alternate payment plans can also be arranged. Please see the options below:
1. Alternative Payment Plans. Some or all of the amount owing may be paid in interest-free instalments by post-dated cheques beginning in July and spread over 6 months. Please check “alternative payment plans” if you want to find out more. Alternative payment plans can be combined with scholarships.
2. Scholarships. There are three kinds of scholarships:
  - Work Scholarship: In exchange for up to 2 hours of work daily, fees may be reduced up to $200. These openings depend on the needs of The Woods. Please check “Work Scholarship” if you would like to apply for a work scholarship. Scholarships may be combined with alternative payment plans.
  - Grants: In some cases, we may opt to give funds outright with no expectation of a work commitment. The decision to offer a work scholarship or a grant is made on a case-by-case basis based on individual circumstance (e.g., if an applicant has physical limitations that prevent them from completing a work commitment).
  - The Susan Lawrence "Young Folk" Scholarship: Campers between 18-40 may apply to have fees reduced by up to $200. Please check the ‘Young Folk” Scholarship section if you would like to apply. Scholarships may be combined with alternative payment plans.

Housing
There are two basic types of rooms available at the Bark Lake site.

Oak Centre features single and double rooms with en suite bathrooms. These rooms are priced higher than other rooms on site. The remainder of the rooms are single, double, and triple rooms in cabin and dorm accommodations. All accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis with attention to special needs. We cannot guarantee you your first choice of room.

You will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either login (if you have a PayPal account) or enter your credit card number and complete your transation without a PayPal account.

Registration at The Woods is limited, and we usually sell out. If your registration arrives after we have filled all the available spaces, your deposit will be taken by PayPal and you will be notified that you are on our waiting list. There are often cancellations, so the likelihood of waiting list registrants getting a space is very high. If a space does not open up for you, your deposit will be refunded in full before July 28th.
Caution: your registration will not be considered complete until we have received your deposit payment.
