The Woods is an annual event that's about sharing the joy of folk music and dance, no matter what your skill level. Each year we invite a staff of stellar folk musicians to our idyllic lakefront site in the Muskoka region of Ontario to share their skills in a relaxed and inviting community setting.

 

Over the course of five days and nights, campers soak up the music in classes, workshops, concerts, dances, song circles, and jam sessions. It's a wonderful opportunity to try a new instrument, swap songs and tunes, dance the night away, or just hang around with musical friends, old and new. 

 

With delicious food, convivial people, and the beauty of lake country, it's the perfect summer getaway!
